Product Overview

Compatibility: Mazda MX-5 ND 2015+

Mount your front licence plate to your Mazda MX-5 without having to drill any holes through your front bumper! Installation is simple - no bumper removal necessary! Made of high quality polycarbonate, this bracket uses the lower front grill to mount the licence plate. The bracket may be mounted at various heights and can even be installed off to the side. Confirmed with our test vehicle, this bracket installed in the middle will not block the sensors in the front bumper. This lightweight polycarbonate bracket includes stainless steel hardware and has a pair of suction cups to stabilize the bracket and protect the paint of your front bumper.

The no-drill front license plate holder includes the following parts:

  • Polycarbonate License Plate Bracket
  • Four Wedge Clamps specially designed to work with the Mazda MX-5
  • All necessary stainless steel hardware
  • Detailed Installation Guide

Great no-drill, centered plate holder. Works with US plates.

I installed this on a MX-5 RF 2026, with US license plate (California). I would have preferred an installation video, but the product and written instructions were intuitive enough. The photos for alignment were very helpful. The sub-parts came pre-assembled, which is not how the instructions were written. Because of this, the only thing that wasn't immediately clear, was that you need to partially take apart the clamps in order to secure them to the grill. I was done in about 20 minutes, start to finish. I would recommend this product, as I think the alternatives have drawbacks: the side-offset looks really ugly (tow hook mount), and under-vehicle mounts reduce clearance for curbs and run the risk of damage to the vehicle.
