Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect items immediately when received. Read conditions below carefully before inquiring about returns and exchanges.
We will gladly refund items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original state: unused, unaltered, and with original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable and orders which qualified for free shipping will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges. Any customs or duties incurred upon the return of an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment. Refused or undelivered orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges and/or brokerage fees.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.
After we have received your returned package, we will refund your order within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 4 weeks before you receive the refund. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that depending on the shipping speed, it will take 6-20 business days before we receive your returned package.
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment. The refund will most likely appear on your credit card statement within 1 - 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing system. Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 5 business days with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please contact us for any exchange requests. Exchanges are subject to second shipping charges unless there was a mistake made on the order. If a mistake was made by Ansix Auto, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use to make the exchange as seamless as possible (only for orders from Canada and USA).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In the event that we are unable to ship to your destination, we will promptly cancel and refund your order, and send you an email regarding the order cancellation.
Please note that certain countries may charge additional taxes and duties that is beyond our control. It is your responsibility to pay for these taxes and duties should they arise.
All orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. Standard shipping time is approximately 5-22 business days depending on your location. On average, it takes about 1-3 weeks.
Please note that certain items are custom made and may take longer to fulfill and ship, regardless of the shipping destination.
We also offer express shipping option. The availability of this shipping option depends on the shipping destination.
Refused or undelivered orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our Standard Return process. Refusing a package has the potential to have it refused, causing delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
Warranty
Ansix Auto branded products purchased from our website or an authorized retailer come with a limited lifetime warranty. Ansix Auto warrants that the purchased product is free from any manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the duration of the warranty period. Products with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Ansix Auto. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the product; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use/installation, or storage of the product; unauthorized alterations or repairs. Damage not covered under warranty may be considered for repair for a reasonable rate or a reduced price for a replacement piece (return shipping fee will be charged where applicable).
Some of our products require fabrication skills to install and should only be installed by a qualified fabricator or mechanic. All Ansix Auto products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. However, only products that have abnormal defects or workmanship can be returned. Parts that have been abused, incorrectly installed, modified, or damaged cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning any parts. No claims will be accepted on parts that have been modified in any way. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective parts only and does not cover labor or shipping costs, vehicle down time or any other losses on your behalf.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship regardless of the age of product. It does NOT cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use or how well you care for your Ansix Auto product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty include abrasions, scratches, color changing from heat in exhaust components and so on. Less common examples include flex-section wear over an extended period of time.

This warranty is available in US (Including Puerto Rico), Canada and Mexico.
This warranty does NOT cover products sold by Ansix Auto that are not Ansix Auto products.
Disclaimer
Please note all Ansix Auto products are designed for off-road use only. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine fitness for any other application. Ansix Auto cannot control the severity of off road terrain, your driving habits, quality of your installation and offers no warranty as to fitness or performance for a particular application.
Purchaser understands and recognizes that off road and racing equipment and services provided by Ansix Auto and/or sold by a distributor are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. Purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any part sold or manufactured for a particular application is the purchaser’s decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of Ansix Auto and/or a distributor regarding suitability of any product or service.
Ansix Auto makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers with regard to off road and racing equipment. The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on product without incurring any obligations to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnity and hold Ansix Auto harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from Ansix Auto and/or a distributor. All parts are aftermarket replacement parts. No implication is made that these parts are the original car manufacturers’, are from the original suppliers, or are approved by them. Before operating vehicle, always utilize safety restrain systems while operating vehicle.
Installation of any component or kit should only be performed by persons experienced in the installation and proper operating of vehicle systems. It is also the responsibility of the person installing any component or kit to determine the suitability of the components or kit for that particular application. Products are intended for off road use only. The manufacturer and distributor are not responsible for any misuse of these products. Check with your local authorities for highway laws in your area because highway laws and the enforcement of those laws vary widely. Please check with your local DMV or vehicle department for regulations and information, manufacturer and distributor is not responsible for any legal issues regarding of any product you purchase here.
